Balustrades, louvres and screens

A 30 storey aprtment building with some innovative balustrade designs

This is a stunningly beautiful building, in no small part due to the bi-folds and screens to the decks. The bi-folds presented a unique design challenge..

Dynamic patterns were created using aluminium louvres, panels and fins. Dramatic splashes of colour, alongside a timber effect created from powder-coated aluminium, make for an interesting combination.

Using a variety of our products, we have created an attractive yet functional outdoor area overlooking the beautiful Auckland harbour.  These high-end apartments on Auckland’s North Shore will be the place to spend time this summer.

Housing NZ Apartments in Auckland. A total of 71 apartments in two buildings, each four levels. We used our Skyrail A-Series balustrade system with custom Aluminium Screens throughout the project with some stainless steel handrails.

This high-end apartment development in Orewa uses our Skyrail CG base channel system for all deck barriers. The visual result is outstanding. The versatility of this system is shown in the detail of the design, including an edge finish to the deck tiling.

The new development in Mt Wellington of connected multi-level apartment blocks was designed with our vertical fins on pop-outs as a design feature, along with eyebrow louvres above the north-facing decks on the top storey. The colour combination of the charcoal fins and the white eyebrows give the buildings a striking aesthetic.
